Who We Are

TechFixGen is a collection of free, open-access developer tools built for speed, accuracy, and privacy. We believe everyday data tasks — formatting JSON, encoding Base64, decoding a JWT — should not require uploading your data to a third-party server.

Every tool runs entirely in your browser. There are no backend servers collecting your input, no accounts to create, and no tracking beyond basic anonymous analytics.

What We Build

We focus on the utilities developers reach for multiple times a day. Our current catalog spans six toolkits:

  • JSON — Formatter, Validator, Compare, JSON-to-CSV conversion
  • Encoding — Base64, URL, and HTML encoders and decoders
  • Security — JWT Decoder, Password Generator, Hash Generator, UUID Generator
  • Date & Time — Timestamp Converter, Timezone Converter, Date Calculator, Cron Parser
  • CSV — Viewer, Editor, CSV-to-JSON conversion
  • SQL — Formatter, Minifier, SQL-to-CSV export

Privacy Philosophy

Privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation. We follow these principles:

  • No uploads. All processing happens locally in your browser using JavaScript and Web APIs.
  • No accounts. You never need to sign in. There is no user database.
  • No tracking. We use only anonymous, aggregated analytics (see our Privacy Policy) and do not sell or share personal data.
  • No lock-in. Close the tab and all your data disappears. We have no copy of it.

This approach means the tool works even offline, your secrets never leave your machine, and there is no risk of a data breach on our end.

Roadmap

Our roadmap is driven by what developers actually need. We are investing in:

  • Expanding tool categories to cover additional developer workflows
  • Improving keyboard accessibility and offline support across every tool
  • Building deeper integration with developer environments
  • Keeping the core promise: fast, free, and private

TechFixGen will always remain free to use. We are exploring optional, non-intrusive ways to sustain the project in the long term while keeping your experience ad-free and distraction-free.
